1. Subscriptions
PPTN is offered as a subscription-based software service. Subscription details, price, billing period, trial period, renewal date, and available features are shown at checkout or in your dashboard.
2. Recurring Billing
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize PPTN and its payment processor, currently Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
3. Free Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional period is offered, the trial terms will be shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, access may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial if you have provided a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription through the dashboard subscription area, through the Stripe customer portal when available, or by contacting contact@phipricefx.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the next billing date. You are responsible for keeping your email and payment information current so billing and cancellation notices can reach you.
5. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, your paid access may remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the dashboard or required by law. Trial access may end immediately upon cancellation.
6. Refunds
Because PPTN is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to software, data, and dashboard features, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, documented technical access failures that we cannot resolve, or other circumstances required by applicable law.
7. No Refund for Trading Outcomes
Refunds are not provided because of trading losses, market movements, model output, broker execution, strategy performance, user error, or dissatisfaction with financial results. PPTN does not guarantee profits or trading outcomes.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access may be paused, limited, or canceled. Your payment processor may retry the charge according to its billing settings. You can update your payment method in the dashboard or customer portal where available.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. Submitting a chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed by the payment processor and card network.
