1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of PPTN, the Phi Price Trade Number service, the phipricefx.com website, and related dashboard features. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use PPTN. If you use PPTN on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. What PPTN Provides
PPTN is an analytical software tool that provides calculated price-reference information generated from economic, market, and statistical inputs. PPTN is designed to support independent trading analysis and decision-making.
PPTN is not a broker, exchange, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, money manager, signal provider, copy-trading service, or trade execution platform. PPTN does not hold customer funds, open trading accounts, execute orders, custody assets, or guarantee outcomes.
3. No Investment, Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Information provided through PPTN is general, educational, and analytical. It is not individualized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to trade.
You should evaluate PPTN output together with your own strategy, risk controls, broker terms, financial situation, and independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. Trading Risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, crypto assets, stocks, derivatives, and other financial products involves substantial risk. Leverage and margin can amplify both gains and losses, and losses may exceed your initial deposit depending on your broker and product.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You must read and understand the separate Risk Disclosure before using PPTN as part of any trading workflow.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You may not use PPTN if doing so would violate laws, regulations, sanctions, broker rules, exchange rules, or platform terms that apply to you.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
7. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Cancellation
PPTN may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, promotional access, or limited-access plans. Pricing, billing periods, included features, and trial terms are shown at checkout or in the dashboard.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation terms, renewal handling, and refund rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PPTN. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, redistribute, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. You may not use PPTN to provide regulated financial services to others unless you have all required permissions and written authorization from us.
9. Data, Availability, and Accuracy
PPTN relies on third-party data sources, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, payment processors, and market-related inputs. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, revised, or incorrect. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, network issues, data-provider issues, security events, or other causes.
We work to provide useful analytical output, but we do not warrant that PPTN will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or suitable for your specific trading objectives.
10. Intellectual Property
PPTN, Phi Price Trade Number, Phi Price FX, the website, software, design, content, calculations, models, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for personal or internal use during your active subscription.
11. Third-Party Services
PPTN may connect to or rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, cloud hosting, payment processors, data providers, broker platforms, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimers
PPTN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPTN and Phi Price FX will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or losses resulting from your reliance on the service.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service, change features, modify pricing for future billing periods, or revise these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
